Director, Producer, DP
Born and raised in the Champagne Region of France, Xavier was drawn to filmmaking at an early age, inspired by French New Wave films like J. Tati's "Les Vacances de Mr Hulot," but also by the classic American Westerns.
He moved to L.A. to pursue his dream of working in Hollywood, and began his career in entertainment as an actor studying at Theater of Arts (now part of the famous Musicians Institute).
He booked parts in a NBC daytime show and as a co-lead in an IMAX movie for NatGeo, but his interest in filmmaking had always been on the production side.
He worked his way up from producer’s assistant to associate producer on productions at Disney Channel, Universal Studios and Comedy Central, as well as many independent studios and production companies.
He has spent the last decade in post-production as a freelance editor in both broadcast and cable television -- producing and editing projects for Sony Pictures, MGM, Lions Gate, Disney, FOX, Discovery Channel and Canal +. He was part of a team that won an Emmy Award for Best Animated Title Sequence.
Eventually, he found himself behind the camera as a freelance cinematographer and director.
Most recently, he has been working on an original, online, short-form documentary series, completing his journey in the entertainment industry from production to post-production, and finally distribution.

Writer, producer, director
Kreative Visual Partner, John Charles, began his career in Hollywood reading screenplays as a story editor for Overseas Filmgroup/First Look Pictures, before landing in television as a field and segment producer for a variety of shows for Sony Entertainment, including Win TV and Games Across America. After spending a decade as a freelance writer/producer and director on projects ranging from movie trailers for NuWave Entertainment to behind-the-scenes documentaries for various independent film companies, John has spent the last decade working as the Senior On Air Promo Writer/Producer for Sony Television’s Game Show Network, launching dozens of original programs including High Stakes Poker, Skin Wars, Hellevator and America Says. In addition to his writing and producing, John has worked extensively throughout the Marketing, Development, Production, Distribution, Ad Sales and Digital Departments of Game Show Network, coordinating with everyone from CEO's to summer interns, ensuring that all aspects of network creative, from development to distribution, stayed fresh, relevant and on-brand. Born in New York City, raised in Northern California, and having written, produced and directed filmed entertainment and marketing campaigns from Atlanta, Georgia to the Republic of Georgia, John brings a unique perspective to every new creative challenge, always with a sharp focus on branding, messaging and engaging the imagination of every new audience and consumer.
